OverEasy is designed for versatility; there’s plenty of room for a good time. And with customisable menus, drink packages, flexible spaces and 360 services, you won’t be sweating your event at all.

  • 1. What is the maximum venue capacity at OverEasy?

    Full Venue Buyout (including facade)
    350-400 guests

    Indoor – Seated: 90pax / Standing: 220pax / Mixed: 150pax

    Outdoor – Seated: 200pax / Standing: 330pax / Mixed: 230pax

    The capacities above are accurate for the spaces as-is, in their normal configurations. Alternative set-ups, e.g. buffet setup, may slightly reduce these capacities.

    2. What happens if it rains?

    We’re always prepared with a Plan B. Speak with your event coordinator to arrange the space that will be used for back-up. On the day of the event, your event executive will keep you updated on the weather and set-up plans.

    3. Can I rent the whole venue for an exclusive event?

    Yes—you can book the whole venue (or we can carve out an area within the venue to make your event exclusive). Reach out to us to enquire more.

  • 1. What type of food do you serve?

    OverEasy serves elevated American classics. Menus available include Diner Bites, Sharing Set and Buffet. Our menus are fully customisable, reach out to us to enquire more.

    2. Can you offer halal and vegetarian options?

    Our kitchen is not halal-certified, however, we can prepare a number of dishes without pork or lard. If you or your guests require official halal-certified meals, we have a number of solutions in place, please reach out to us to enquire more.

    We also have a number of vegetarian dishes that may be added to the menu. À la carte vegetarian dishes may also be offered for individual guests.

    3. Can we bring our own food?

    Unfortunately, outside food is not allowed. However, our menus are customisable and we’re happy to cater to your needs; on rare occasions, we may be able to liaise with external caterers to fulfil certain requests.

    4. Can I bring my own cake?

    Why not? However, we highly recommend choosing from our excellent selection of in-house cakes and desserts.

    5. What drink packages do you offer?

    We offer both free-flow and non-free-flow packages, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic bundles. Reach out to us to enquire more.

    6. Can I remove drinks from the drinks package?

    Yes; do note that this will not impact the price.

    7. Can I bring my own drinks?

    Unfortunately, outside beverages are not allowed. However, we offer a wide variety of spirits, wines, champagnes, beers and crafted and customisable cocktails at our bar. Free-flow, non-free-flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic packages are also available.

    8. Can I change the free-flow timing on the day?

    We’re happy to provide some flexibility, depending on your event needs. Kindly speak to your event coordinator on the day of the event.

  • 1. Can I play my own music?

    Yes, for full venue buy-outs. Otherwise, our music and playlists have already been specially curated at OverEasy.

    2. Can I bring my own DJ or band?

    Yes, you may bring your own DJ or band for special occasions, however there are some rules we'd need your help to adhere to, reach out to us to enquire more

    3. What music do you play at OverEasy?

    A mix of nu-disco, space, rock and Brit-pop favourites

    4. Do you have DJ equipment?

    Yes, we have all the DJ equipment and speakers ready for your party (of up to 300 guests). Reach out to us to enquire on rental costs.

    5. Can the DJ play in other locations of the venue other than the DJ booth?

    This is possible, however, a set-up fee may apply if, for example, some re-wiring is required. Alternatively, we can also cater for movable speakers.

    6. Do you have a microphone and speakers?

    We have a wireless speaking mic (not suitable for singing) that can be connected to remote speakers for up to a 100-pax event. For larger events, a microphone may be connected to OverEasy’s AV system. Reach out to us to enquire about pricing.

    7. Do you have a projector screen?

    We have a built-in indoor projector and screen.

    2. Can I bring my own performers?

    We are happy to host any performers you would like to invite to your event; live bands and DJs would have to adhere to some rules, reach out to us to enquire more.

  • 1. Do I need to pay a deposit?

    Yes, for all events we require a deposit of 50% of the event value to secure the space. The space cannot be confirmed until the signed agreement and deposit are received. Once the above requirements are submitted, your events coordinator will then confirm your event via email.

    2. How do I pay a deposit?

    Deposit payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card payment.

    3. How do I pay for the equipment hired?

    The payment for these items can be included in the final cost of the event. They will be paid during the final payment.

    4. Are there any other costs I need to consider, other than the food and beverage costs?

    5. What does "minimum spend" mean?

    The minimum spend is the dollar amount that needs to be spent for the duration of the event. It is dependent on the day of the week the event is held, the number of guests and the space within the venue that is used.

    6. What if I don't reach my minimum spend amount?

    A venue charge is applied if the minimum spend is not reached.

    7. Can other items contribute to a minimum spend, i.e. transport, logistics, emcee, DJ, etc.?

    Unfortunately, minimum spend can only be reached with food and beverage costs.
